Our story is a story about people,
People who gathered around one table in 2020 and took on the responsibility to manage the supply chain for the Israeli ministry of health during the COVID-19 virus crisis.
People who wrote the pages of history on the fight against the corona virus, planned and managed, developed, and invented products, solutions, and processes, from a nasal swab that was impossible to procure worldwide, to planning and managing the Israeli supply chain for the deployment of the covid-19 vaccines.

Since then the company has expanded to include a number of divisions, and offers a range of services including consulting, managing services and supply chain operation.

Logi group offers strategic - operational consulting, management services and operation of supply chains to companies and organizations in Israel and around the world.

We work hard to lead our customers to business excellence through our three divisions: the knowledge of our consulting division, the experience of our operations division and capabilities of our management division. An important part of the company's portfolio is managing the whole procurement, operations, and supply chain for the Israeli national Covid-19 command center, part of the ministry of health.

  • Accompanying procurement processes and negotiations for buying and selling of goods and services, both in local and international markets.

Consulting services include a deep analysis of the production floor, mapping business processes and interfaces inside the organization and with its business environment.

  • Improving core processes and optimization of procurement and inventory management.
  • Performing an analysis of the logistical architecture and creating efficient and cost-effective solutions tailored to the company’s operational nature.
